
The purpose of the Force & Brothers Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Policy Paper is to raise awareness about discrimination and harassment, to provide a workplace free from all forms of discrimination and sexual harassment, and to support victims. In this context, the rules to be adopted by Force & Brothers (company) set out in this policy document.
The policy document covers all Force & Brothers components. Force & Brothers also expects all Business Partners to comply with and/or act in accordance with this Policy and will take the necessary steps to do so.
'Discrimination means unfair treatment or arbitrary discrimination against a person, based on a person's race, gender, color, nationality, ethnic origin or social status, belief, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, health status, trade union membership or activities, political opinion or on the basis of another legally prohibited condition.
'Harassment' refers to any inappropriate or undesirable behavior towards any person, that may offend, humiliate or be perceived as such. “Sexual Harassment” is any unwanted sexual approach,sexually explicit solicitation, conduct, verbally sexually explicit behavior or conduct, or any other sexually explicit behavior that could reasonably be expected or construed to offend or humiliate another.
'Sexual Assault' is the violation of a person's bodily immunity by non-consensual sexual behavior. All unwanted physical sexual approaches are sexual assault.
'Force & Brothers components' means all employees, directors and officers of the company.
'Business Partners' includes suppliers, project partners, all kinds of representatives and consultants acting on behalf of the company.
'Retaliation' means the rejection of sexual or emotional efforts or offers, and/or making/desiring to make a complaint about discrimination/harassment, implicitly or openly making the work life of the person exposed to this situation difficult for revenge/reprisal, preventing his/her development . Retaliation is also considered as a form of harassment, and similarly, promising any kind of privilege in case of accepting efforts/offers is also considered as harassment.
Force & Brothers adopts an approach that respects human rights towards all its employees, business partners and customers. People of different race, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, forms of worship, skin color, sexual orientation, nationality, belief, political view, disability, age and income groups work together in harmony within the company. Creating and maintaining a positive and professional working environment for its employees is the basic principle of the company.
The firm offers its employees equal pay, equal rights and opportunities for equal work. It undertakes to be treated equally and fairly in all employment processes, including recruitment, promotion, assignment, remuneration, transfers, discipline, promotion to a lower position, termination of employment, access to fringe benefits and education.
Force & Brothers expressly prohibits all forms of discrimination and harassment to all of its components, and adopts a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination and harassment. The Company guarantees that no form of discrimination, sexual harassment or assault will be ignored and encourages individuals who believe they have suffered or witnessed all discrimination, sexual harassment and assault to take appropriate action. It undertakes to evaluate the allegations in question and to take administrative measures in accordance with the relevant legislation when the proper functioning of the investigation and/or the protection of the complainant requires it. It also undertakes to raise awareness about discrimination and harassment, to provide its stakeholders with measures and support mechanisms regarding discrimination and harassment, and to inform its stakeholders about disciplinary actions.
Any employee found to have violated these rules will take corrective action, including termination of contract. A Partner's contracts will be terminated if he or she violates this Policy.
All employees and directors of Force & Brothers are responsible for complying with this Policy and for implementing and supporting the company's relevant procedures and controls in line with the requirements in this Policy.

In the face of allegations of discrimination and/or sexual harassment, the Firm pays attention and care to avoid all kinds of behavior that may cause the victim of discrimination / harassment and to harm the human dignity of the parties, and to prevent the emergence of such behaviors. Especially in the application process regarding sexual harassment and assault allegations, this principle is aimed at ensuring that the victim is not victimized again. Similarly, the company takes the necessary measures to prevent the victim from being retaliated.
The firm will comply with the principles of confidentiality and care, and will act in a way that will not damage the trust of the parties. The Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policy is periodically reviewed, revised as necessary, and employees are also trained on the Relevant Policies, including the prevention of Discrimination, Harassment and Human Rights violations in the workplace.
