With the support provided through the second call for proposals of the FRIT II Employment Commitment SME Support Program over a 16-month period, we aim to implement strategic initiatives that will enable our company to establish a presence in the Middle East market.

Our project's main objectives are as follows:

1. Enhancing Presence and Value in the International Market

By expanding our overseas client base, we aim to increase the visibility of our AI-supported document management software, Docusmart, on the international stage.

2. Entry into New Markets and Partnerships

Through the establishment of our International Business Development and Export unit, we seek to enter new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and strengthen investor relations.

3. Increasing Workforce Capacity and Expanding Customer Portfolio

By augmenting our workforce capacity, we intend to conduct market research in target countries, create promotional materials, and expand our customer base.

4. Boosting Brand and Product Visibility

To make a lasting impact in target markets, we aim to enhance the visibility of our brand and products, ultimately increasing our sales figures.

5. Fostering R&D Collaborations and Protecting Intellectual Property Rights

We will safeguard our intellectual property rights while fostering R&D collaborations with small to medium-sized enterprises.
