The aim of the projectis to strengthen KADEM's capacity to work with volunteers and to provide the necessary volunteer human resources for the activities of the Women Support Center in the earthquake zone in a sustainable manner.
Within the framework of strengthening KADEM's capacity to work with volunteers in the project funded by the Ministry of Interior, the following activities will be carried out
Establishing the methodology of the mapping study on the expectations of the existing volunteers of KADEM,
Conducted field research and information gathering on the expectations of existing KADEM volunteers,
Work was carried out to create a digital and printed manual for the promotion of the KADEM volunteer program.
