The aim of the project is to develop a comprehensive support system for the introduction of innovative ideas into the economy around women's entrepreneurship.

The "Women in Innovation" project, which has been carried out annually since 2015 by the Women and Democracy Association (KADEM), aims to develop innovative women entrepreneurship.

In the new period within the scope of the project, which has been entitled to be funded by the Istanbul Development Agency;

- Establishing an "Open Office" where women entrepreneurs with innovation-oriented business ideas can benefit from the knowledge of experts in the field of public support.

- Creating an online platform and digital library where women entrepreneurs can access the necessary information in the process of turning their ideas into businesses.

- Organizing Demo Day events where women entrepreneurs and investors meet with ventures under 5 years old,
