The purpose of the monitoring and evaluation study is to ensure that the financial and technical assistance provided by Istanbul Development Agency to 71 projects is used for the purposes specified in the contract, that the projects are implemented according to the rules, and that any problems that may arise are resolved. These problems are identified during the implementation of the project and support is provided to the beneficiaries regarding these problems.
