The quality journey of the Women and Democracy Foundation (KADEM), for which we have been providing consulting services in corporate capacity development since 2021, continues with the contributions of Force & Brothers experts.
KADEM is not only the first NGO to implement a quality model among women NGOs but also one of the few in our country managed based on a Corporate Strategic Plan. Its quality process began in 2021 with the implementation of the EFQM quality model. Achieving 3 stars in 2022, 4 stars in 2023, and aiming for 5 stars in 2024, KADEM has established a stable record of quality management success, continuing its work as the leading NGO in Türkiye in this field.
With the contributions of Force & Brothers, KADEM employees are implementing numerous best practices in the field of quality through the quality unit, facilitating the spread and capacity increase in areas such as strategic planning, management by objectives, and the measurement and evaluation of performance indicators.
