This project aims to increase the effectiveness of the project, research and development and external relations functions in the transformation of the Women and Democracy Association, which works to "build a safe society in which women can have an honourable and fair future", to a strategic plan-based management approach.

Support will be provided to improve the technical capacity of the association to develop and implement projects.In the field of external relations, technical assistance will be provided to implement an effective external relations approach based on the 'Internationalisation Strategy' for a more effective KADEM.

Strengthening the human existence and operational capacity of the association for an implementation team with high cognitive capacity in women's studies is among the goals and activities.
