With funding from the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior, a training programme was developed for 50 KADEM representatives with the aim of creating a scaling system and implementing automation software. As a result, the cognitive, physical, cooperation, technological and coordination capacities of the KADEM representatives were multidimensionally increased. 

TEMKA Project has accelerated the process of KADEM's institutionalisation and made it possible to carry out more effective activities on issues such as women's rights, protection of the family structure and domestic violence, which are the main areas of KADEM's work.
