The project aims to ensure the employability of poor and disadvantaged people living in Istanbul in the chemical industry through vocational training.

In this regard, a manpower needs analysis was conducted in the plastics, cleaning, rubber, cosmetics and paint industries, which are the locomotive areas of the chemical industry, across Istanbul. As a result of the study, which was carried out by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods in the study, which focused on intermediate staff and workers at different production levels of the sector, the HR needs of the sector were determined on the one hand, and on the other hand, the training program called "Training at Work" was created to prepare people for work in different production processes. A training program was created.
