The aim of the project is to establish a Competency Development and Employment Center (YETGİM) that will contribute to the training of qualified human resources and employment in prominent sectors of the industrial and service sectors in Istanbul.

Feasibility studies have been carried out that can be the basis for the decision to establish a "Competency Development and Employment Center (YETGİM)" that can train human resources in the competencies needed in the prominent sectors of the industrial and service sectors in the whole of Istanbul, especially in the Pendik region, and match the employment deficit of the companies operating in these sectors with the trained human resources.

The results of the project include the preparation of the application documents for the project to the Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA) and the management of the application process for the financing of the investment in the light of the feasibility report.
