The project aims to establish a comprehensive procurement system based on artificial intelligence and data management to enable EnerjiSA distribution companies to tender in accordance with EMRA Tender Regulation and to activate the procurement process. Within this scope<\/p>

- Analysis of the current situation - Process development,<\/p>

- Transfer of know-how in remediation areas,<\/p>

- Digitalization and process optimization studies were carried out.<\/p>

With the filter system developed in the project, the criticality level of the products purchased by distribution companies was measured using the Kraljic matrix method and an infrastructure was created for the strategic procurement unit to make data-based decisions. At the same time, decision-making and bidding processes were simplified in accordance with EMRA tender regulations, significantly reducing the end-to-end tender effort.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
