Kad\u0131n ve Demokrasi Derne\u011fi (KADEM) \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen KooPro Projesi, T\u00fcrkiye’deki kad\u0131n kooperatiflerinin kurumsal kapasitelerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirliklerini art\u0131rmak ve stratejik geli\u015fimlerine rehberlik etmek amac\u0131yla tasarland\u0131.<\/p>

Force & Brothers dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen \u0130\u015fler Kooperatif Akreditasyon Sistemi De\u011ferlendirme \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kooperatiflere y\u00f6nelik olu\u015fturulmu\u015f en kapsaml\u0131, en sistematik ve en \u00e7ok boyut i\u00e7eren de\u011ferlendirme arac\u0131<\/strong> olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Bu \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00e7ek, demokratik y\u00f6neti\u015fimden \u00fcretim altyap\u0131s\u0131na, finansal g\u00f6stergelerden topluma kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluluk anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na kadar sekiz farkl\u0131 alanda kooperatiflerin durumunu objektif kriterlerle analiz ediyor. Sadece mevcut durumu tespit etmekle kalmayan sistem, kooperatiflere uzun vadeli geli\u015fim stratejileri i\u00e7in yol g\u00f6sterici bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sunuyor.<\/p>

Proje kapsam\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinden se\u00e7ilen kad\u0131n kooperatifleriyle birebir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve \u201c\u0130\u015fler Kooperatif\u201d Akreditasyon Sistemi De\u011ferlendirme \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi<\/strong> bu kooperatiflere uyguland\u0131. \u00d6l\u00e7ek uygulamalar\u0131 neticesinde, her bir kooperatifin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerini ve geli\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131k alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan \u00f6zel de\u011ferlendirme raporlar\u0131<\/strong> haz\u0131rland\u0131 ve kooperatifler; \u201ci\u015fler\u201d, \u201ci\u015fler aday\u0131\u201d, \u201cgeli\u015fmekte olan\u201d gibi kategorilere ayr\u0131larak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece her kooperatif i\u00e7in sadece mevcut durumu yans\u0131tan bir analiz de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kurumsal geli\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini destekleyecek stratejik bir yol haritas\u0131<\/strong> sunulmu\u015f oldu.<\/p>
