Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi ama\u00e7layan \u201cYapay Zek\u00e2da Kad\u0131n\u201d projesi, \u0130stanbul Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 (\u0130STKA) taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Yapay Zek\u00e2 Teknolojileri Mali Destek Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye hak kazand\u0131.<\/p>

Kad\u0131n ve Demokrasi Vakf\u0131 (KADEM) \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve Force Brothers\u2019\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k deste\u011fiyle hayata ge\u00e7irilen giri\u015fim, 12 ay s\u00fcrecek yolculu\u011funda kad\u0131nlara yapay zek\u00e2 ve veri bilimi alan\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir donan\u0131m kazand\u0131rarak teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde istihdam ve giri\u015fimcilik f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmeyi hedefliyor.<\/p>

\u201cYapay Zek\u00e2da Kad\u0131n\u201d, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 teknoloji ekosisteminin merkezine ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 ama\u00e7layan kapsaml\u0131 bir ad\u0131m niteli\u011finde. Yapay Zek\u00e2 Okulu ile 125\u2019ten fazla kad\u0131n, temel ve ileri seviye e\u011fitimler alarak gelece\u011fin en kritik alanlar\u0131ndan biri olan yapay zek\u00e2 ve veri bilimine sa\u011flam bir giri\u015f yapacak.<\/p>

E\u011fitimlerin \u00f6tesinde, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nde gelen uzmanlar\u0131ndan birebir mentorluk ve kariyer deste\u011fi alacak; i\u015f ve staj f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na do\u011frudan eri\u015fimle profesyonel geli\u015fimlerini h\u0131zland\u0131racak.<\/p>

Giri\u015fimci kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanan Ekip Kur Program\u0131, yapay zek\u00e2 tabanl\u0131 yenilik\u00e7i i\u015f fikirlerini hayata ge\u00e7irmek isteyenlere destek olacak. Kad\u0131n giri\u015fimciler do\u011fru ekiplerle bir araya gelerek projelerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir i\u015f modellerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulacak.<\/p>

Ayr\u0131ca, geli\u015ftirilecek Dijital Yetenek Bulucu Aray\u00fcz\u00fc, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n teknik yetkinliklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lacak ve i\u015fverenlerle h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde bulu\u015fturacak.
