The 'Green Deal' announced by the European Union in December 2019 has taken the green transformation and climate change-oriented policies that have come to the fore in the world in recent years, to another dimension. In addition to many focus areas of the agreement, the fact that Europe sets its target to be the first carbon neutral continent by 2025 is also important for the production of a series of transformative policies in the next period.
