Communicate, in writing or orally, any observed possible breaches, promptly via the ethical line communication channels with or without indicating their names,
Collaborate with the board in ethical inspections, to keep the information related to the inspection confidential.
The managers of Force & Brothers Danışmanlık A.Ş., besides being subject to the responsibilities defined for the employees under the scope of Ethical Rules and Working Principles, also have additional responsibilities.

Our Company values and incentivizes the employees' supports contributing the solution of the problems. No retaliation shall be performed against an employee notifying a problem honestly and in goodwill. Every action, on the contrary, shall be assessed as a breach of the Ethical Code.
