Method of collection and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected automatically through cookies and server logs when you visit our website, and by e-mail and telephone when you contact us. It is processed on the following legal grounds:
- Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): Operating and securing the website and responding to your requests.
- Establishing or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): Holding cooperation discussions.
- Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç): Meeting our obligations under the law.
- Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): The use of analytics cookies and the related transfer of data abroad.
Transfer of personal data
Within Türkiye, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and infrastructure service providers and, on request, to competent public authorities. Abroad, it may be transferred to Google LLC (Google Analytics) and to jsDelivr, Unicorn Studio and Google Firebase, which deliver the visual content on the home page. All transfers are made in line with the conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request its deletion or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction
- To object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
How to apply
You can send your requests in writing to our address or e-mail address above, together with information that identifies you, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
